the man, the myth, the legend
Richard Fuegõ is a man who’s life is shrouded in mystery. The legends say he was raised by wolves, and drifted across the country - never staying in one place too long. Eventually he made his way to Princeton University where he studied astrophysics before deciding to drop out to pursue his passion for underwater basket weaving and semi-pro wrestling.

As LAVA’s creative director, he is the driving force behind the amazingly explosive designs LAVA is known for. If you’re lucky maybe one day you’ll catch him in the office in between his expeditions to Mount Everest and the deep jungles of South America. Until then, we continue to preserve his legacy of high quality design for all of our clients.
